Had a wonderful experience with CT Cellar doors. The crew came at the time they said. They completed demolition of the old structure then built it back up correctly and installed the door within the same day. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who I spoke with (might have been Jose) but was extremely personable, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Couldn’t recommend this company any higher.

After years of looking at the insert for Ct Cellar Doors that comes with all of the home improvements flyers, I finally decided to give them a call. A person came out to measure my basement windows. Then in a few weeks another person came out to do a final measurement. Within a few weeks my windows were ready to be installed. The installers arrived that morning and did a fantastic job! The windows look great! The installers were professional, efficient and cleaned up after the installation. The windows are well worth the cost.

My experience with CT Cellar Doors was fantastic from start to finish. From the original quote to the day of install, communication was clear, concise and friendly. The technicians who came were extremely considerate and respectful of the property. They took great care when doing their work, and left without a single trace of evidence that anyone had been there! We had our hatchway removed, base heightened a few inches, new internal storm door and new fully welded hatchway installed. Extremely impressed with the quality of work, and the attention to little details. Everyone I have dealt with has been genuinely nice. Excellent experience. I highly recommend CT Cellar Doors, and have nothing but great things to say!

I had ann excellent experience with CT Cellar Doors. They came at the scheduled time and went right to work, replacing my old hatch door. They also replaced 3 steps down to the basement that had rotted out. Done by noon! Price beat a competitor by $1000 too!
